Shipping Policy

At Mode de la Clem, we aim to deliver your pieces quickly and safely, with love and luxe in every parcel.

 

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

​

• All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from purchase.

• You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5pm or during weekends will be processed the next working day.

 

Packaging

All Mode de la Clem orders are packed in custom tissue and finished with our signature ribbon wrapping. Every parcel is a statement.

 

Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

• Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information.

• If you miss a delivery, please arrange redelivery via your courier using the tracking number provided.

 

 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
