Refund Policy

At Mode de la Clem, we want you to love your look — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any eligible item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

With all tags still attached

Returned in original packaging (including ribbon wrap if possible)
Returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Please Note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank/payment provider
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
Email us at dela@outlook.com with your order number and exchange request. We’ll guide you through the next steps if stock is available.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Underwear or accessories for hygiene reasons
How to Return

Wait for return approval and instructions

Send your item(s) back using a tracked postal service

Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll sort it as a priority.
